RETURNS Our policy lasts for 30 days for productsunused and in the same condition you received it, it must be in the original packaging. If the product has a manufacturing defect unrelated to wear and tear which it may suffer from natural use, it is covered under our guarantee to be replaced by another equal one. If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com. Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Zona Franca Las Brisas, Bodega #5, Desamparados, San José, 10304, Costa Rica. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Transportation To return your product, you must send your product by mail to: Zona Franca Las Brisas, Bodega #5, Desamparados, San José, 10304, Costa Rica. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
